I'm absolutely in love with these Shovava scarves! Designer Roza launched her clothing line based on her hand drawn prints in 2011 after earning her stripes in the New York fashion industry. Similar to My Lola's mantra of world/nature-based inspiration, she says, " As a visual artist, I had always drawn most of my inspiration from the natural world around me in the mountains of Kazakhstan, where I was born and lived until the age of thirteen. Feeling stifled by the crowded and competitive concrete jungle of New York City, in 2010 I traveled down under to Australia to search for adventure and more natural wonders to inform my work."

These hand-carved cow skulls look like intricate pieces of lace. The harshness of the skull is offset by the delicate patterns, creating a seemingly paradoxical piece of art. Each skull is unique, with a one-of-a-kind Indonesian tribal vine design. Besides getting an awesome piece of wall art, you are also supporting these artistic traditions of these Indonesian Master Artisans and their families. A definite win-win!
My Lola's Diamond Charm Necklaces
I can't stop wearing our little charm and diamond necklaces! They are so small and whimsical...and what girl doesn't like a diamond?! We sold out of every single one we had at our last show, which makes me think I'm not alone here.
Perfect alone or layered, this will definitely be a My Lola summer staple for me!
